Kevin Coughlin, DMD
Dr. Coughlin grew up in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts. He received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and his bachelor’s degree from Springfield College. Dr. Coughlin also holds an MBA from Western New England College.
Prior to graduation he spent time as a resident general dentist in Togas, Maine at the oldest VA hospital in the country. In 1983, Dr. Coughlin began practicing in what was to become the first Baystate Dental office in Springfield. He is currently on the staff at Baystate Medical Center, Mercy Hospital and Mary Lane Hospital. Dr. Coughlin is one of the only dentists in the country with both a Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Implantology and a certified instructor in the International Association of Orthodontics.

Gary Circosta, DMD
Dr. Circosta was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. He received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine and his bachelor’s degree from Bates College.
After graduation, he served a tour of duty in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Major and serving as the Assistant Base Dental Commander at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base.
His entire civilian dental experience has been in the group practice of dentistry. He worked for nearly 15 years in affiliation with the Harvard Medical and Dental Schools to develop and expand the dental component of Harvard Community Health Plan. During that time, he served as the clinical director of one of the health centers in the organization. His clinical interests at the time allowed him to participate in research projects to improve the dental health of the elderly and to develop an intricate on-call program to serve the membership during off hours.
Dr. Circosta is an owner of Baystate Dental and his main interests have evolved towards the aesthetic aspects of dental care. Dr. Circosta is certified in the Invisalign orthodontic technique and is certified to provide "mini" dental implants.
He received the degree of registered professional nutritionist, and is certified to provide the DDS Weight Management System. At this time, he is one of only a few dentists in the state of Massachusetts who is certified to provide this service.
Dr. Circosta recently completed an intense zygomatic implant training course in Quebec. He’s very excited about the new technologies involved which allow patients missing most or all of their teeth to have implants in less time with better esthetics, function and comfort.

Matthew Haluch, DDS
Dr. Haluch is a native of Ludlow, Massachusetts. He received his dental degree from the Creighton University School of Dentistry and his bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
Dr. Haluch completed his residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Haluch is an owner of Baystate Dental and is currently on staff at Baystate Medical Center.

Dr. Haluch is a continuum member of the Las Vegas Institute for comprehensive Dental Studies (LVI). He is also certified in the Pure Power Mouthguards system. Dr. Haluch is a life-long sports enthusiast. He enjoys being on the golf course when time permits.
Joyce Baek, DMD
Dr. Baek received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Baek is fluent in Korean and has been on our team of professional dentists since 2011.

Bart Cioccia, DDS
Dr. Cioccia received his dental degree from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and has been on our team of professional dentists since 2004. He completed two residency programs in general dentistry through the Veteran's Administration and the University of Connecticut. He has also completed a two-year certificate program in orthodontics for general dentists with Progressive Orthodontics and has a one-year certificate program in implantology. Dr. Cioccia is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is currently eligible for Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and is actively working toward that achievement.
Dr. Cioccia works primarily in the Longmeadow office. Dr. Cioccia provides care in all facets of dentistry including:

John DeMartino, DMD
Dr DeMartino received his dental degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. He was accepted to FDU after 3 years at Ithaca College on an early acceptance program. While in his 2nd year at FDU Dr. DeMartino enlisted in the Navy and served at the Boston Naval Shipyard from 1972-1974. During his tenure at the naval shipyard he also worked w/Dr. Joseph Barron in the practice of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
Dr. DeMartino entered private practice in Ludlow in 1978 and continued until 2010 when his practice was acquired by Baystate Dental. He is thrilled to be part of the Baystate Dental team and continues to practice in the Ludlow office.

Michael Doe, DMD
Dr. Doe received his dental degree from Boston University's Goldman School of Dental Medicine and his bachelor's degrees from the University of Ghana.
Dr. Doe completed his residency at the University of Ghana Dental School as well as Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, Ghana. While at Boston University, Dr. Doe received the Award for Outstanding Achievement & Excellence in Patient & Practice Management. He also won both the Best Student in Oral Pathology and in Oral Medicine awards from Unilever in 2000. Dr. Doe has been involved in through the University of Ghana in conjunction with their School of Dental Health and the Ghanaian Department of Public Health. He has also been published in the Ghanaian Weekly Mirror In addition, he is fluent in the Ghanaian languages of Ewe, Twi, and Ga.
A member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Doe has been on our team of professional dentists since 2010 and works primarily in the Springfield offices.

Viktoriya Havrylyuk, DMD
Dr. Havrylyuk received her dental degree from Lviv Medical University in Ukraine and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. While at the University of Pennsylvania, she received the American Academy of Periodontology’s 2009 Dental Student Award in recognition of her Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics.
Fluent in Ukranian, Russian and Polish, Dr. Havrylyuk has been on our team of professional dentists since 2010. She works primarily in the West Springfield, Springfield and Chicopee offices.

Vinay Kapoor, DDS
Dr. Kapoor received his dental degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his bachelor’s degree from Pace University. Dr. Kapoor has been on our team of professional dentists since 1999 and practices primarily in the East Longmeadow office.

Kirk Moore, DDS
Dr. Moore received his dental degree from Howard University’s Dental School and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. Dr. Dr. Moore has been on our team of professional dentists since 2009 and works primarily in the Springfield office.
Holly Nartker, DDS
Dr. Nartker received her dental degree from the University of Michigan Dental School and her bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan. Dr. Nartker has been on our team of professional dentists since 2009. She works primarily in the West Springfield and Belchertown offices . Dr. Nartker is Invisalign certified and provides care in all facets of general dentistry including:

Dr. Princewill received his dental degree from Temple University’s School of Dentistry and his bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University. He has been on our team of professional dentists since 2009. Dr. Princewill works primarily in the our Springfield offices.

Laleh Sotoodeh, DMD
Dr. Sotoodeh was born and raised in California where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of California, Davis. After relocating to Boston,
she received her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sotoodeh has been on our team of professional dentists since 2010 and primarily works in the Wilbraham and Springfield offices.

William Sung, DMD
Dr. Sung received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and his bachelor's degree in business administration from Pacific Union College. He has been on our team of professional dentists since 2011 and works primarily in our Springfield and Wilbraham offices.
